As a Cloud Migration Engineer, a typical day involves evaluating current systems and infrastructure to determine the best approach for transitioning to cloud environments. This role requires careful planning and coordination to ensure seamless migration of applications and data. The engineer works on delivering scalable and efficient cloud solutions that support evolving business needs, collaborating with various stakeholders to align migration strategies with organizational goals. The position demands continuous monitoring and adjustment of migration plans to optimize performance and reliability in both private and public cloud settings.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
• Responsible for team decisions.
• Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
• Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
• Lead the development and execution of cloud migration strategies ensuring minimal disruption to business operations.
• Facilitate knowledge sharing and skill development within the team to enhance overall migration capabilities.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to align cloud migration efforts with broader IT and business objectives.
