Cloud Operations Engineer

Senior New Relic & AWS Cloud Operations Engineer (7+ Years) experience in AWS infrastructure, cloud operations, and observability.

Key Skills

• Deep expertise in New Relic Dashboards, APM, Infrastructure Monitoring, NRQL, Alerts & Workflows
• Hands-on experience with AWS services including EC2, ECS, EKS, RDS, Lambda, ALB/ELB, and CloudWatch.
• Expert in creating monitoring dashboards, alert policies, workflows, and infrastructure health monitoring solutions.
• Experience in Cloud Operations, Production Support or Managed Services environments.

AI & Observability

• Experience leveraging New Relic AI capabilities for anomaly detection, intelligent alerting, incident correlation, root cause analysis, and operational insights
• Drive AI-led observability initiatives to reduce alert noise, improve incident response, and lower MTTR.
• Identify and implement automation opportunities using AI-powered monitoring insights.

Key Deliverables

• Design and implement monitoring and observability solutions for AWS environments
• Create executive, operational, and engineering dashboards
• Configure alert policies, workflows, and infrastructure health monitoring
• Support incident management, troubleshooting, and service reliability initiatives

Nice to Have

• AWS Certification(s).
• Experience leading or mentoring monitoring, CloudOps, teams.
• Strong customer-facing and stakeholder management skills.

Leadership experience is an added advantage.
