Cloud Operations Engineer

• Manage and continuously optimize client cloud environments-monitoring, patching, cost management, backup validation, and incident response

responsibilities:

• Perform daily health checks, patch management cycles, and backup restore verifications
• Monitor cloud spend; implement FinOps recommendations and auto-scaling tuning
• Respond to alerts, lead incident resolution, and produce root cause documentation
• Deliver monthly utilization and cost reports with prioritized action items per client

requirements:

• 2+ years in cloud operations, cloud support, or infrastructure administration
• Hands-on with AWS Console and CLI; Azure or GCP experience also valued
• Understanding of cost optimization-reserved instances, spot, right-sizing, storage tiering
