Minimum 5 Year(s) Of Experience Is Required Educational Qualification : 15 years full time education Summary: As a Cloud Migration Engineer, a typical day involves evaluating current infrastructure and solutions to determine the best approach for transitioning to cloud environments. This role requires careful planning and execution of application and data migration strategies, ensuring that the solutions implemented are scalable and deliver high performance. The engineer collaborates with various teams to align migration efforts with business goals, focusing on leveraging both private and public cloud technologies to support innovative and future-ready business outcomes. Continuous monitoring and adjustment of migration processes are essential to maintain efficiency and effectiveness throughout the project lifecycle. Roles & Responsibilities:

• Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
• Responsible for team decisions.
• Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
• Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
• Lead the development and execution of cloud migration strategies to ensure seamless transition and minimal disruption.
• Coordinate cross-functional efforts to align migration activities with organizational objectives and timelines.
• Mentor junior team members by providing guidance and support to enhance their skills and knowledge. Professional & Technical Skills:
• Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft SQL Server Administration.
• Experience in managing database performance, security, and backup strategies within cloud migration projects.
• Strong knowledge of cloud platforms and their integration with on-premises database systems.
• Ability to troubleshoot complex database issues and optimize migration workflows.
• Familiarity with automation tools and scripting to streamline migration and maintenance tasks. Additional Information:
• The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in Microsoft SQL Server Administration.
• This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
• A 15 years full time education is required.
