Minimum 5 Year(s) Of Experience Is Required Educational Qualification : 15 years full time education Summary: As a Cloud Migration Engineer, a typical day involves evaluating current systems and infrastructure to determine the best approach for transitioning applications and data to cloud environments. This role requires careful planning and coordination to ensure seamless migration while maintaining system performance and scalability. The engineer collaborates with various teams to implement solutions that leverage both private and public cloud technologies, aiming to support innovative business goals and enhance operational efficiency. Roles & Responsibilities:

• Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
• Responsible for team decisions.
• Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
• Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
• Oversee the development and execution of migration strategies to ensure minimal disruption to business operations.
• Facilitate knowledge sharing and mentoring within the team to support continuous learning and improvement.
• Coordinate with stakeholders to align migration activities with organizational objectives and timelines. Professional & Technical Skills:
• Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Oracle Database Administration (DBA).
• Strong experience in database performance tuning, backup and recovery, and security management.
• In-depth knowledge of cloud platforms and migration tools relevant to database environments.
• Ability to troubleshoot complex database issues and optimize database configurations for cloud deployments.
• Familiarity with scripting and automation to streamline database management tasks.
• Experience in capacity planning and disaster recovery strategies within cloud infrastructures. Additional Information:
• The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in Oracle Database Administration (DBA).
• This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
• A 15 years full time education is required.
