Plan, deliver, and implement application and data migration with scalable, high-performance solutions using private and public cloud technologies driving next-generation business outcomes.

Must have skills : Oracle Database Architecture

Good to have skills : Oracle Database Administration (DBA)

Minimum 2 Year(s) Of Experience Is Required

Educational Qualification : 15 years full time education

Summary:

As a Cloud Migration Engineer, a typical day involves evaluating current systems and infrastructure to determine the best approach for transitioning applications and data to cloud environments. This role includes strategizing and executing migration plans that ensure scalability and high performance, utilizing both private and public cloud platforms. The position requires close collaboration with various teams to align migration efforts with business goals, while continuously monitoring and optimizing the migration process to support next-generation business outcomes.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
• Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
• Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless migration and integration of applications and data.
• Monitor migration progress and troubleshoot any issues to maintain project timelines and quality.
• Document migration processes and best practices to support knowledge sharing and future projects.
  
  

Professional & Technical Skills:

• Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Oracle Database Architecture.
• Good To Have Skills: Experience with Oracle Database Administration (DBA).
• Strong understanding of cloud migration strategies and best practices.
• Familiarity with private and public cloud technologies and platforms.
• Ability to analyze and optimize database performance in cloud environments.

• This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
