The position demands a proactive approach to managing complex migration projects while maintaining alignment with organizational goals and technology standards.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Expected to be a SME with deep knowledge and experience.
• Should have Influencing and Advisory skills.
• Responsible for team decisions.
• Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
• Expected to provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams.
• Lead the development of migration strategies that align with business objectives and technical requirements.
• Mentor and support junior team members to enhance their skills and project contributions.

Professional & Technical Skills:

• Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Azure Architecture.
• Strong expertise in designing and implementing cloud migration frameworks and methodologies.
• Experience with cloud infrastructure components including virtual networks, storage, and compute resources.
• Ability to optimize cloud solutions for performance, scalability, and cost efficiency.
• Familiarity with security best practices and compliance requirements in cloud environments.
• Skilled in troubleshooting and resolving complex issues during migration and deployment phases.

Additional Information:

• The candidate should have minimum 15 years of experience in Microsoft Azure Architecture.
• This position is based at our Mumbai office.
• A 15 years full time education is required.
