About this role
8+ years designing and architecting cloud solutions, with hands-on experience across
AWS, Azure, and GCP — true multi-cloud flexibility, not single-platform depth.
- Proven ability to design scalable, secure, and cost-optimized architectures (IaaS/PaaS/SaaS) tailored to business needs, not vendor bias.
- Experience supporting
GenAI/LLM platforms in production across any Hyperscaler (AWS, Azure, GCP), including troubleshooting AI coding assistants/tools, API key provisioning, and authentication issues.
- Working knowledge of major
LLM models (via AWS Bedrock, Azure OpenAI Service, GCP Vertex AI, or direct provider APIs) — able to advise teams on model selection based on use case, performance, and cost.
- Familiarity with
performance troubleshooting for LLM/API-based workloads (latency, rate limits, timeouts, throughput issues) on any cloud platform.
- Understanding of
API cost and consumption tracking — able to pull usage/billing reports from AWS Cost Explorer, Azure Cost Management, or GCP Billing, and explain cost drivers to stakeholders.
- Hands-on experience with
ticketing/ITSM tools (ServiceNow, Jira Service Management, etc.) for issue triage and resolution.
- Experience with
compliance audits — collecting, organizing, and maintaining evidence for annual/semi-annual/quarterly reviews (SOC2, ISO, internal audits), regardless of cloud provider.
- Proficiency in
CI/CD and DevOps pipelines — deploying code releases and managing rollbacks in a controlled pipeline environment (Azure DevOps, AWS Code Pipeline, GCP Cloud Build, or tool-agnostic CI/CD like Jenkins/GitHub Actions).
- Hands-on experience with
Terraform — writing, updating, and applying IaC changes across multi-cloud environments.
- Working knowledge of
cloud consoles/portals — navigating services, monitoring resources, and validating configurations/deployments across AWS, Azure, and/or GCP.
- Strong troubleshooting and communication skills — able to work directly with end users on technical issues and explain resolutions clearly, independent of underlying cloud platform.
- Technology-agnostic mindset – can approach the solution with best fit option, not by familiarity.
