Required Qualifications

• Experience designing and operating infrastructure on AWS and Azure.
• Hands‑on with EC2, Lambda, RDS, S3, DynamoDB, IAM.
• Strong with IaC tools such as Terraform or CloudFormation.
• Experience building/supporting CI/CD pipelines (Azure DevOps or similar).
• Proficient in Python for scripting/automation.
• Ability to troubleshoot across cloud, networking, identity, APIs, and distributed systems.
• Experience with SAML, OAuth, Entra ID/Azure AD, Intune.
• Background in designing or building AI‑assisted or agentic workflows.
• Ability to assess when AI vs deterministic automation is appropriate for enterprise operations.
• Strong understanding of Git workflows (branching, PRs, code review).

Preferred Qualifications

• 7+ years in infrastructure, DevOps, cloud, or platform engineering.
• Experience with Bash or PowerShell.
• Familiarity with agentic AI frameworks (OpenAI Agents SDK, LangChain, n8n, MCP).
• Experience with internal developer platforms or self‑service tooling.
• Knowledge of ServiceNow or similar ITSM platforms.
• Demonstrated ability to adopt emerging tech, automation, and AI with strong judgment, creativity, and accountability. Droisys is an equal opportunity employer.
