Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced New Relic Senior Tools SME with strong expertise in New Relic, Azure Monitor, AWS CloudWatch, and Splunk. The candidate will be responsible for implementing, managing, and optimizing enterprise monitoring and observability solutions across cloud and on-premises environments.

Responsibilities

• Configure and manage application and infrastructure monitoring using New Relic.
• Analyze performance metrics and identify application performance bottlenecks.
• Create and maintain dashboards, alerts, and monitoring reports.
• Install and configure New Relic agents across cloud and on-premises environments.
• Implement and manage monitoring solutions using Azure Monitor and Log Analytics.
• Configure AWS CloudWatch metrics, alarms, dashboards, and notifications.
• Develop monitoring and observability standards across enterprise applications.
• Perform migration of monitoring solutions from Splunk to New Relic.
• Integrate New Relic with ServiceNow and other ITSM platforms.
• Support incidents, service requests, changes, and project activities.
• Collaborate with development, infrastructure, and cloud teams for monitoring requirements.
