Cloud Engineer

Role & Responsibilities -

• Design, develop, and maintain enterprise web applications using Angular and TypeScript, focusing on responsive UI development, reusable components, and scalable frontend architecture.
• Build and integrate RESTful APIs with frontend applications and support backend integration using Java/Spring Boot or equivalent technologies.
• Develop cloud-enabled applications using AWS services, with hands-on experience in application deployment and cloud integration.
• Implement frontend performance optimization techniques, including lazy loading, code splitting, state management, and efficient API handling.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements, participate in code reviews, troubleshoot issues, and deliver high-quality software.
• Support application deployments, CI/CD pipelines, testing, and production issue resolution.
• Follow secure coding practices, maintain code quality, and contribute to automated testing and continuous improvement.
• Work with containerization and cloud deployment technologies such as Docker and Kubernetes/EKS where applicable.

Preferred Candidate Profile -

• Approximately 4+ years of software development experience, with strong hands-on expertise in Angular, TypeScript, and frontend application development.
• Proficiency in Angular ecosystem technologies such as RxJS, NgRx, Angular Material, Reactive Forms, routing, and reusable component development.
• Practical experience with AWS services, preferably EC2, S3, Lambda, API Gateway, IAM, or CloudWatch.
• Experience integrating REST APIs and familiarity with backend technologies such as Java, Spring Boot, Node.js, or Python.
• Understanding of application deployment, CI/CD pipelines, and cloud-based application architecture.
• Exposure to Docker, Kubernetes/EKS, and infrastructure automation is an advantage.
• Strong problem-solving, debugging, communication, and collaboration skills.
• Experience in banking, financial services, fintech, or other enterprise environments is preferred.
• Ability to work effectively in an Agile/Scrum environment and deliver production-quality applications.
