Cloud Engineer(Azure)

Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Cloud Engineer with strong expertise in Microsoft Azure, GitHub-based CI/CD deployments, Release Management, and Kubernetes (AKS). The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, automating, deploying, and managing scalable cloud infrastructure and application platforms while ensuring reliability, security, and operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, deploy, and manage cloud infrastructure and services on Microsoft Azure.
• Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines using GitHub Actions and DevOps best practices.
• Manage end-to-end application release processes, including deployment planning, approvals, rollback strategies, and production releases.
• Administer and support Azure Kubernetes Service (AKS) clusters and containerized workloads.
• Implement Infrastructure as Code (IaC) for automated and repeatable deployments.
• Monitor cloud environments, troubleshoot issues, and optimize system performance.
• Collaborate with development, QA, and security teams to streamline software delivery.
• Implement cloud security controls, access management, and compliance standards.
• Create and maintain operational documentation, deployment runbooks, and best practices.

Required Skills

• Strong hands-on experience with Microsoft Azure Cloud Services.
• Experience in GitHub Actions, CI/CD pipeline design, and deployment automation.
• Good understanding of Release Management processes and production deployments.
• Hands-on experience with Kubernetes (AKS), Docker, and container orchestration.
• Experience with Infrastructure as Code tools such as Terraform, Bicep, or ARM Templates.
• Strong knowledge of Git, branching strategies, pull requests, and version control.
• Experience with monitoring and logging tools such as Azure Monitor, Log Analytics, Grafana, or Prometheus.
• Scripting experience using PowerShell, Bash, or Python.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
