About this role
Key Responsibilities:
• Deploy and manage OpenTelemetry Collector agents across multiple environments.
• Create CI/CD pipelines for observability infrastructure using Terraform and Helm.
• Integrate tracing data with Elasticsearch, Jaeger, and Grafana backends.
• Automate dashboards and alert configurations in Grafana.
• Manage container orchestration and scaling for tracing services.
• Ensure secure connectivity between AWS, Azure, and on-prem systems.
Technical Skills Required:
Kubernetes, Helm, Docker
CI/CD (Jenkins / GitHub Actions / Azure DevOps)
Terraform, Ansible
OpenTelemetry, Jaeger, Prometheus, Grafana
ElasticSearch, Loki, Tempo
