About this role
Key Responsibilities
- Define end-to-end CVIP architecture on AWS: connectivity, ingestion, microservices, data layer, API gateway, portals.
- Design vehicle-to-cloud over MQTT / TCP / HTTPS with device auth, X.509 certificates and API tokens.
- Architect device management: activation, configuration, monitoring, OTA campaigns, eSIM lifecycle with the MNO.
- Design real-time and batch data flows: MQTT / Kafka, rule engine, alerts, hot / cold / data lake.
- Plan scale, availability and disaster recovery.
- Define integrations: call centre (e-call, b-call), SAP, billing, notifications, maps, UI.
- Set security architecture and DevSecOps (EKS, IaC, CI/CD, observability); own cloud cost reporting.
Must-Have Skills
- AWS IoT Core, EKS / ECS, Lambda, API Gateway, Kinesis / MSK, S3, RDS, ElastiCache, IAM, HSM, KMS, HTTPS.
- Microservices, event-driven design, REST, MQTT.
- Terraform / CloudFormation, Docker, Kubernetes, CI/CD.
- Cloud security and HA design.
