Cloud Applications Consultant

The Cloud Application Consultant will play a key role in eDiscovery operations, combining hands-on expertise in processing and production with strong technical and analytical skills. This role will support staging, media management, processing, data loading, productions, QC, troubleshooting, and data analysis across eDiscovery platforms. The position will work closely with Project Managers, Technical Project Managers, Data Analysts, Consultants, and global teams to resolve complex requests, troubleshoot technical issues, and deliver accurate solutions within defined SLAs.

• eDiscovery Expertise: Strong understanding of processing, production, data loading, and EDRM workflows.
• Technical Problem Solving: Ability to investigate complex issues, identify root causes, and implement effective solutions.
• Data Analytical Skills: Ability to work with large datasets and perform validation, reconciliation, and analysis.
• Automation Mindset: Identify opportunities to automate repetitive tasks and improve operational efficiency.
• Ownership: Take end-to-end ownership of assigned technical requests and deliverables.

• Quality Focus: Maintain high standards for accuracy, data integrity, confidentiality, and SLA compliance.

• 3-6 years of experience in eDiscovery processing, production, and data loading, with a strong understanding of the EDRM workflow.
• Hands-on experience running productions, including exception handling and quality checks.
• Hands-on experience with Axcelerate, Insight, or similar eDiscovery platforms.
• Experience working with large and complex datasets, including Teams Data, Purview Data, Slack Data, PST, OST, NSF, EnCase, FTK images, and load files.
• Strong technical troubleshooting and root-cause analysis skills across processing, loading, production, metadata, and data-related issues.
• Working knowledge of SQL for data analysis, validation, reconciliation, and troubleshooting.
• Experience with Python, PowerShell, VBA, or other scripting and automation tools is preferred.
• Exposure to generative AI, AI-powered eDiscovery solutions, or emerging AI technologies is an added advantage.
• Strong Excel skills, including lookup functions, Creating Dash boards, text functions, logical formulas, pivot tables, and data analysis.
• Proficiency with Notepad++, UltraEdit, or TextPad for reviewing and manipulating large files.
• Strong understanding of QC, data validation, reconciliation, and production checks.
• Ability to identify opportunities for automation and process improvement and contribute to efficient technical solutions.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities, work independently, and support 24x7 rotational operations.
