Cloud Administrator

Role & responsibilities

• Manage and support Azure cloud resources including compute, storage, networking and platform services.
• Monitor cloud applications and services hosted on Azure App Services, Azure Functions, Container Apps.
• Handle authentication and authorization components involving Azure AD / Microsoft Entra ID.
• Support deployments, release cycles and production operations for cloud-based applications.
• Assist in configuring and maintaining Azure networking components and connectivity.
• Work on Azure Storage Accounts, Redis Cache, Cosmos DB and other data services.
• Provide first-level support for Azure AI services, AI Foundry and Cognitive solutions (basic exposure required).
• Ensure adherence to cloud governance, security standards and compliance practices.
• Collaborate with DevOps teams on CI/CD principles and operational processes.
• Participate in incident resolution, root cause analysis and system health improvements.

Preferred candidate profile

• Strong cloud fundamentals with handson Azure exposure
• Solid understanding of authentication, authorization & Azure AD concepts
• Problemsolving mindset with good troubleshooting skills
• Strong communication and ability to work cross-functionally
• Detailoriented with focus on reliability and operational excellence
• Adaptability and eagerness to learn evolving cloud services

• Experience with GitHub Actions and Jenkins.
• Exposure to Infrastructure as Code (e.g., Bicep, Terraform, ARM Templates).
• Exposure to other cloud platforms such as AWS and GCP.
