Closing Team Leader (TL)

Role Overview: Lead a team of Closing Managers to drive sales conversions and achieve overall revenue targets for the assigned project(s).

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage, mentor, and motivate a team of Closing Executives/Managers
• Set individual and team closing targets and track daily performance
• Step in on high-value negotiations and escalations
• Conduct training on objection-handling and closing techniques
• Report team performance and pipeline status to senior management
• Ensure smooth coordination between Sourcing, Presales, and Closing teams

Requirements:

• 28 years in real estate sales, with at least 1–2 years leading a team
• Strong leadership, coaching, and target-orientation
• Sound understanding of real estate sales cycle and documentation
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
