Closing Manager

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle customers from site visit to final booking.
• Conduct negotiations and effectively handle customer objections.
• Drive booking and revenue targets.
• Coordinate with Operations team for smooth closure.
• Maintain strong relationships with customers and channel partners.
• Ensure timely documentation and payment closure.

Preferred candidate profile :

• Experience in customer handling and closing deals for real estate.
• Graduate in any discipline.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Good knowledge of the Mumbai Real Estate market will be an added advantage.
• Candidates residing in Western Line are preferred.
