About this role
1. ROLE PURPOSE
Convert qualified leads and site visits into bookings, owning the sale till closure.
2. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Sales & Closing
- Present project and conduct site visits for Pre-Sales leads
- Handle objections; negotiate within approved pricing
- Close bookings; ensure documents and payments are complete
Customer & Pipeline
- Follow up high-value prospects; generate referrals
- Maintain pipeline; share regular reports with management
Market & Coordination
- Track competitor pricing, offers and inventory
- Coordinate with Pre-Sales, Marketing, CRM, Accounts and Legal
Key KPIs
- Visit-to-booking conversion, bookings, sales value, ticket size, sales cycle, referrals, cancellations
