Closed Ended Private Equity - Transfer Agency

Roles and Responsibilities :

• Manage investor relationships, including communication with limited partners (LPs) and other stakeholders.
• Coordinate with internal teams to prepare financial reports, capital calls, and distribution allocations.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and maintain accurate records of transactions.
• Provide support in fundraising efforts by preparing pitch books, presentations, and other materials.
• Should be an individual contributor with basic understanding of Private Equity dealing activities

Job Requirements :

• 1-9 years of experience in private equity or venture capital industry.
• Strong understanding of capital markets, transfer agency operations, and investmentran systems.
• Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
