Closed Ended - Private Equity (Transfer Agency Department)

Roles and Responsibilities :

• Manage daily operations of the private equity fund, ensuring timely and accurate processing of transactions.
• Coordinate with investment teams to ensure seamless execution of capital calls, distributions, and other investor communications.
• Oversee transfer agency activities such as dividend payments, redemptions, and reporting to clients.
• Provide support in preparing financial statements, tax returns, and regulatory filings.

Job Requirements :

• 2-7.5 years' experience in private equity or related field (fund administration).
• Strong understanding of capital markets, including venture capital and private equity investments and e-front experience.
• Proficiency in Investran or similar software for managing investor relations and portfolio tracking.
