Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Full Stack Developer with strong hands-on expertise in React.js, Go (Golang) and Python to develop scalable web applications and high-performance backend services. The role spans front-end development, REST API and microservice implementation, database integration and event-driven processing. Candidates should be comfortable building reliable distributed systems and working across the full software delivery lifecycle. Transfer Agency or Financial Services domain experience is preferred, especially experience with transaction processing, settlement, reconciliation, ledgers or fund administration.

Responsibilities

Develop and maintain responsive web interfaces using React.js, JavaScript/TypeScript and reusable UI components.
Design, develop and maintain backend services and REST APIs using Go (Golang), following sound API and microservice design practices.
Use Python to build supporting services, automation, data-processing utilities or integrations where required.
Integrate React applications with backend services, including authentication, validation, error handling and reliable data flows.
Build and maintain APIs and service integrations; use gRPC where appropriate to the system architecture.
Use Go concurrency patterns, including goroutines and channels, where suitable for performant and reliable services.
Implement event-driven integrations using Kafka or RabbitMQ, with appropriate retries, idempotency and failure handling.
Design and maintain database schemas and queries using PostgreSQL, with MongoDB where appropriate.
Write clean, maintainable and testable code; create unit, API and integration tests across the stack.
Investigate and resolve issues across UI, services, databases and distributed messaging flows.
Collaborate with product, architecture, QA and DevOps teams; participate in Agile ceremonies, code reviews and technical discussions.
Use Git-based workflows and contribute to CI/CD pipelines, releases and continuous improvement.

Requirements

Minimum 4+ years of software development experience, including hands-on backend development with Go and front-end development with React.
Go: Strong practical experience with Go (Golang), including language fundamentals, error handling, interfaces, goroutines and concurrency patterns.
Front end: Strong proficiency in React.js, JavaScript (ES6+) and TypeScript; experience with Hooks, reusable components and state management.
UI development: Experience building responsive interfaces; Material UI and SASS experience is expected, with Redux/Redux Toolkit and Ant Design useful in the existing stack.
Python: Practical experience writing and maintaining Python code for services, automation, data processing or integrations.
API development: Experience designing and integrating REST APIs; familiarity with gRPC is beneficial.
Backend architecture: Understanding of microservices, distributed systems, design patterns and service-to-service integration.
Messaging: Practical experience with Kafka or RabbitMQ and event-driven processing; Kafka is strongly preferred.
Databases: Strong SQL and database design fundamentals; PostgreSQL preferred, with MongoDB familiarity beneficial.
Testing and tools: Experience with unit/integration testing, Git, code reviews, debugging and CI/CD fundamentals.

Nice to Have Skills

Transfer Agency or Financial Services experience, including fund administration, investor servicing, dealing, corporate actions, settlement, reconciliation, ledgers or financial reporting.
Experience handling financial transactions, audit trails, approvals, business rules and data consistency requirements.
Experience with Go frameworks such as Gin, Chi or Go kit, and Python frameworks such as FastAPI, Flask or Django.
Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, GitHub Actions, cloud platforms, observability tools or production troubleshooting.
Experience with Camunda or other workflow orchestration tools.
Knowledge of secure application design, OAuth2, automated UI testing or API testing.
