Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced CLM Developer with strong hands-on expertise in Veeva CRM CLM, Veeva Vault PromoMats, HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript. The candidate will develop interactive, responsive, and compliant Closed Loop Marketing (CLM) presentations for pharmaceutical sales and marketing teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop responsive and interactive CLM presentations using HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript for iPad and web platforms.

• Configure, package, test, and deploy CLM content in Veeva CRM.

• Manage content workflows, metadata, versioning, review, approvals, and distribution in Veeva Vault PromoMats.

• Convert design assets and storyboards into pixel-accurate interactive presentations.

• Integrate CLM content with Veeva CRM objects, products, key messages, and user profiles.

• Perform cross-device testing, debugging, and performance optimization, including offline functionality.

• Collaborate with design, business, medical, legal, regulatory, and QA teams to ensure compliant content delivery.

• Support QA/UAT, production releases, and troubleshooting of content and CRM synchronization issues.

• Maintain reusable templates, coding standards, technical documentation, and release checklists.

Mandatory Requirements

• 4-6 years of relevant CLM development experience.

• Strong hands-on experience with Veeva CRM CLM and Veeva Vault PromoMats (VVPM).

• Proficiency in HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript.

• Experience in CLM content development, configuration, testing, and deployment.

• Knowledge of pharmaceutical content compliance, review, and approval processes.

• Experience with responsive design, debugging, QA/UAT, and production releases.
