Clinical Support Executive BDS

Role & responsibilities

• Ordering the next batch of aligners based on treatment progress
• Sharing tracking details with clinic partners
• Uploading rescans received from doctors into CRM
• Maintaining proper records of reference forms and rescans
• Coordinating with doctors and the planning team for treatment-related queries
• Sharing IPR charts with the manufacturing team for further processing

Preferred candidate profile

• BDS qualification mandatory
• Fluent in English with good verbal and written communication skills
• Good coordination and communication skills
• Basic knowledge of dental/orthodontic treatment
• Comfortable working with doctors and clinic partners
• Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple cases
