Responsibilities

Provides specialized clinical support/ education to business teams and HCPs, within HCBG compliance to meet business objectives

Responsible for:

• Clinical support to sales for defending or gaining new business at account level
• Co-leads, with sales rep, clinical/sales joint calls to discuss on-label scientific evidence & procedures for 3M products
• Supports sales conversion and in-service for 3M products.
• Delivers product clinical training to sales and marketing
• Specific segment experts
• Execute local and regional programs to support sales and marketing campaigns
• Present approved educational programs
• Leads the product acceptance/performance in clinical use
• May actively participate in professional associations
