This role combines clinical research and scientific analysis with research program management, with approximately 50% of time focused on each. You will design and execute rigorous research, translate real-world clinical data into actionable insights, and help coordinate clinical study activities from protocol initiation through close-out. • Support development and maintenance of detailed project plans, timelines, and budgets for clinical studies, with guidance from research leadership
    • Track and report study progress against key milestones; identify risks or process gaps and escalate issues while supporting mitigation plans
    • Coordinate cross-functional study timelines, deliverables, and dependencies to support on-time execution of clinical projects
    • Support protocol adherence and compliance activities, including IRB submissions, financial tracking, and management of study protocols

What success looks like in this role

    • Research Output: Produce rigorous academic and applied research, including peer-reviewed publications, white papers, or internally-facing analyses
    • Study Execution: Support achievement of key study milestones by maintaining clear plans, proactively surfacing risks, and coordinating follow-through across stakeholders
    • Scientific Communication: Develop clear customer-facing and internal assets that translate research findings into compelling clinical or business insights

    What youll bring

    • Licensed mental health clinician, with PhD or PsyD in psychology or related field
    • Track record of peer-reviewed academic research, including first-author publications
    • Fluency in a statistical programming language (R, Python)
    • Experience supporting clinical research studies or research programs, including coordinating timelines, deliverables, and cross-functional stakeholders
    • Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple workstreams with appropriate guidance, prioritization, and escalation
    • Initiative and ability to self-direct scientific work while collaborating effectively on program-management activities

    Nice to have:

    • Professional experience working within mental health tech or employee benefits
