Clinical Research Assistant

Role & responsibilities

• Assist in planning, coordinating, and conducting clinical research studies in accordance with study protocols and regulatory requirements.
• Support patient recruitment, screening, enrollment, and follow-up activities.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date clinical trial documentation, source documents, and study files.
• Collect, record, and verify clinical data while ensuring data accuracy and completeness.
• Coordinate with investigators, study coordinators, laboratories, and other clinical research teams.
• Assist with preparation and submission of regulatory and ethics committee documents.
• Ensure compliance with Good Clinical Practice (GCP), SOPs, and applicable regulatory guidelines.
• Track study timelines, patient visits, laboratory reports, and other study-related activities.
• Assist in identifying and reporting protocol deviations, adverse events, and other safety-related information.
• Support monitoring visits, audits, inspections, and resolution of study-related queries.
• Maintain confidentiality and ensure proper handling of patient and study information.
• Prepare study reports, presentations, and other clinical research documentation as required.

Preferred candidate profile

• Freshers are welcome to apply.
• Bachelors degree in Life Sciences, Pharmacy, Biotechnology, Microbiology, Nursing, or a related healthcare/science discipline.
• Basic understanding of Good Clinical Practice (GCP), clinical trials, and clinical research processes.
• Good communication, documentation, and organizational skills.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work effectively in a team.
• Basic proficiency in MS Office, particularly Word and Excel.
