Clinical QA (HIS/EMR)

Key Responsibilities

• Understand and analyze clinical workflows across various healthcare modules, including OPD, IPD, EMR, Nursing, Pharmacy, Laboratory, Radiology, and Surgery.
• Gather, document, and validate functional and clinical requirements from healthcare professionals and business stakeholders.
• Work closely with clinicians, business users, and implementation teams to ensure healthcare software solutions meet clinical and operational requirements.
• Support the mapping and validation of clinical workflows within HIS/EMR applications.
• Participate in functional discussions, requirement analysis, and solution validation.
• Coordinate with technical and implementation teams to ensure accurate understanding and execution of clinical requirements.
• Facilitate effective communication between clinical stakeholders and technical teams.
• Take ownership of assigned activities and ensure timely completion of deliverables.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Strong experience in Healthcare/Hospital Information Systems (HIS/EMR).
• Good understanding of clinical workflows and healthcare operations.
• Experience working closely with clinicians, healthcare professionals, business users, and implementation teams.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and requirement validation skills.
• Ability to work independently with a high level of ownership and accountability.

Preferred Qualifications

• Candidates with a clinical background, such as Nurses, Doctors, or other Healthcare Professionals, are highly preferred.
• Prior experience in HIS/EMR implementation, functional consulting, clinical workflow analysis, or healthcare software projects will be an added advantage.
