Clinical Nurse

Key Responsibilities

• Provide basic clinical and nursing care to employees/patients visiting the mobile clinic.
• Record and monitor vital signs including BP, pulse, temperature, SpO and blood glucose as required.
• Provide first aid and manage minor injuries and common medical complaints.
• Assist the Doctor during consultations, examinations and medical procedures.
• Perform basic nursing procedures such as wound dressing and other routine clinical care.
• Identify cases requiring further medical evaluation and assist with timely referral.
• Maintain patient records, medical registers and daily clinical documentation.
• Ensure proper availability and maintenance of medicines, medical equipment and consumables.
• Support health check-ups, medical camps and employee wellness activities at the plant.
• Follow infection-control, hygiene, safety and clinical protocols.

Eligibility

• GNM / B.Sc Nursing from a recognized institution.
• Valid nursing registration.
• Punjabi language proficiency is mandatory.
• Candidate should be comfortable working in a mobile/field-based clinical setup.
