Role & responsibilities
1. Timely patient admission, transfer, procedure, and discharge coordination.
2. Reduction in patient complaints related to clinical coordination.
3. Compliance with clinical documentation requirements.
4. Timely closure of clinical operational issues.
5. Improvement in patient satisfaction scores.
6. Reduction in delays related to investigations, reports, procedures, and discharge summaries.
7. Adherence to NABH, infection control, and patient safety protocols.
8. Timely reporting of incidents, complaints, and quality indicators.
Preferred candidate profile
1. Minimum 3 to 5 years of experience in hospital clinical operations, patient care coordination, nursing supervision, or hospital administration.
2. Experience in ICU, Emergency, OT, IPD, or multispecialty/superspecialty hospital operations will be preferred.
Knowledge of NABH standards and hospital quality systems will be an added advantage.
