Clinical Implementation Specialist

Roles and Responsibilities :

• • Support day-to-day clinical implementation, training and operational activities at hospital locations.
  • Conduct hospital staff orientation, product training, refresher sessions and competency assessments.
  • Support implementation of clinical workflows, SOPs and new product/features at hospital sites.
  • Identify training gaps and provide field inputs for improving training content and operational processes.
  • Coordinate with hospital and internal teams to ensure smooth implementation and training delivery.
  • Maintain accurate documentation, required trackers,  training, and related activities.
    
  
  

Job Requirements :

• 0-10 years of experience in a related field such as nursing education or travel nursing.
• Strong understanding of clinical practices and protocols in the medical services/hospital industry.
• Ability to communicate complex technical information effectively to non-technical audiences.
• Experience working with electronic medical records (EMRs) systems.
