Clinical Implementation Executive Hospital Operations Healthcare AI

This is an on-ground hospital implementation role.

You will visit hospitals during the initial implementation period, help hospital teams use the Assistha platform, assist in creating initial patient drafts, train users, understand their feedback and communicate observations back to the internal team.

During a new hospital implementation, you may be required to stay at the hospital location for approximately 5-10 days.

Travel, accommodation and approved local travel expenses during hospital deployments will be provided by the company.

Key Responsibilities

• Visit hospitals during new implementations and support the hospital team during go-live.
• Help doctors, nurses and other staff understand how to use the Assistha platform.
• Assist in uploading and organizing patient records and generating initial discharge-summary drafts.
• Understand basic IPD documentation including:
  
• Admission notes
• Progress notes
• Medication charts
• Investigation reports
• Procedure / OT notes
• Nursing notes
• Discharge summaries
• Coordinate with doctors, nurses, MRD, hospital administration and other relevant teams.
• Observe how the hospital currently manages discharge documentation and identify operational issues.
• Collect feedback from doctors and hospital users regarding generated drafts.
• Clearly document issues, suggestions and workflow observations and communicate them to the Assistha team.
• Train designated hospital users so that they can independently operate the platform.
• Provide initial post-implementation support and follow-up.
• Maintain daily implementation updates and basic tracking using WhatsApp, email, Excel or Google Sheets.

Preferred Experience

We would prefer candidates who have:

• 6 months2 years of experience in a hospital or healthcare environment.
• Exposure to IPD patients and inpatient documentation.
• Basic understanding of common clinical and medical terminology.
• Experience working with doctors, nurses or hospital administration.
• Basic familiarity with hospital information systems, medical records or clinical documentation.

Previous experience with an HIS, EMR, MRD department or hospital operations will be an advantage.

Skills We Are Looking For

• Comfortable using smartphones, laptops and web applications.
• Able to learn new software quickly.
• Good communication skills in Hindi and English.
• Comfortable speaking with doctors, nurses and hospital staff.
• Able to understand basic clinical conversations and terminology.
• Good observation and problem-solving ability.
• Able to communicate hospital feedback clearly to the internal team.
• Basic knowledge of Excel / Google Sheets / email / WhatsApp.
• Responsible and comfortable working independently at client hospitals.
• Willingness to travel frequently across India.

Important

This is not a desk-only job.

The candidate should be comfortable travelling to client hospitals and spending approximately 5–10 days at a hospital location during a new implementation.

Travel and accommodation for official hospital visits will be provided separately by the company.
