Role Description The Clinical Dietitian will work full time on-site in New Delhi, providing individualized nutrition assessment, counseling, and follow-up to clients enrolled in Nutridocs programs. Day-to-day responsibilities include developing personalized meal plans, applying medical nutrition therapy principles for specific health conditions, and coordinating with fitness and behavioral coaches to ensure integrated care. The role involves monitoring client progress through consultations and digital tools, adjusting plans based on health indicators, preferences, and lifestyle constraints. The Clinical Dietitian will educate clients on evidence-based nutrition practices, document clinical interactions accurately, and contribute to program development, content creation, and quality improvement initiatives. Collaboration, empathetic communication, and adherence to professional and ethical standards of practice are essential.
Qualifications

• Candidates should possess strong foundational knowledge in Nutrition and Human Nutrition, with a clear understanding of macronutrients, micronutrients, and their impact on health.
• Candidates should possess skills in Dietetics, including diet planning, menu design, and application of guidelines for weight management and lifestyle-related conditions.
• Candidates should possess expertise in Medical Nutrition Therapy, with the ability to design and modify nutrition interventions for conditions such as obesity, metabolic syndrome, diabetes, and cardiovascular risk factors.
• Candidates should possess proficiency in Nutritional Counseling, including motivational interviewing, behavior-change techniques, and culturally sensitive communication.
• Relevant qualifications such as a bachelor's or master's degree in Dietetics, Nutrition, or a related field; registration or licensure as a dietitian/nutritionist, where applicable.
• Experience in clinical or outpatient settings focused on weight management or lifestyle medicine, and familiarity with using digital tools for client tracking and teleconsultation.
• Strong interpersonal skills, ability to work in a multidisciplinary team, attention to detail in documentation, and commitment to evidence-based practice.
