Data Coordinator Clinical Data Management (CDM)

Job Summary

We are looking for a Data Coordinator Clinical Data Management to support the end-to-end clinical trial data management lifecycle, from study start-up through database lock and study close-out.

The successful candidate will work under the direction of the Clinical Data Management (CDM) Lead and contribute to the delivery of high-quality, accurate, and timely clinical trial data in accordance with applicable SOPs, processes, and regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities

Clinical Data Review

• Perform review of clinical trial data for completeness, accuracy, and consistency.
• Identify data discrepancies and support query generation, tracking, and resolution.
• Review clinical data according to study-specific requirements and CDM processes.
• Perform data cleaning activities and follow up on outstanding data issues.

Data Reconciliation

• Perform reconciliation of external data against EDC data.
• Identify discrepancies between EDC and external data sources and coordinate appropriate resolution.
• Support reconciliation activities throughout the clinical trial lifecycle.

Study Support

• Support clinical data management activities from study start-up through database lock and study close-out.
• Assist in the preparation and maintenance of study-related documentation.
• Assist with study reports, data listings, metrics, and other CDM deliverables.
• Support the CDM Lead with study-specific data management activities.

Compliance & Quality

• Perform activities in accordance with applicable SOPs, work instructions, study protocols, and CDM processes.
• Maintain data quality and ensure activities are completed within established timelines.
• Support audit and inspection readiness activities as required.
