Clinical Business Analyst

We are looking for an experienced Clinical Business Analyst to support the design and implementation of AI-assisted clinical data review workflows. The candidate should have strong expertise in business analysis, requirements gathering, process mapping, SQL, and data analysis.

Responsibilities:

• Gather and document business and functional requirements.
• Map current-state and future-state business workflows.
• Develop user stories, acceptance criteria, and business rules.
• Perform data analysis and validation using SQL and Excel.
• Collaborate with clinical SMEs, UX, Data, AI, and Engineering teams.
• Define AI-assisted workflows, reviewer validation, approvals, and escalation processes.
• Prepare test scenarios and support User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
• Work with Agile teams to ensure successful solution delivery.
