Roles and Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality patient care to critically ill newborns in the PICU/NICU setting.
  
• Conduct daily rounds, assess patient progress, and update medical records accurately.
  
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized treatment plans for patients.
  
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes and reduce morbidity.
  
• Maintain effective communication with families, colleagues, and other healthcare professionals.
  
• NEONATOLOGY fellowship Completed professionals mandatory.
