Job Description:
We are looking for a responsible and well-organized Clinical Assistant / Clinic In-Charge to manage day-to-day clinic operations and support doctors and patients.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage daily clinic operations and patient coordination.
• Assist doctors during consultations and clinical procedures.
• Handle patient appointments, registrations, and follow-ups.
• Maintain patient records and clinic documentation.
• Coordinate with staff and ensure smooth clinic functioning.
• Manage basic inventory and medical supplies.
• Ensure cleanliness, discipline, and proper clinic protocols.
• Handle patient queries professionally.

Requirements:

• Graduate/Diploma in Healthcare, Nursing, Medical Administration, or a related field.
• Experience in a clinic/hospital/healthcare setting preferred.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Basic computer knowledge.
• Ability to manage multiple responsibilities efficiently.
• Immediate joiners are preferred.
