Position: Clinics Operation Manager (Patient OPD Clinics / HealthTech/ Healthcare)

Note : - The role includes accountability of B2C Sales/ Field Sales/ Territory Sales / BD / Growth + Operations of a cluster of OPD Clinics

Experience Required:

6-11 Years of experience in B2C Sales/ Field Sales/ Territory Sales / BD/ Growth from:

* Diagnostics

* Pathology

* Surgery

* Healthcare Industry

Other Retail ( B2C ) industry

Key Responsibilities:

* Manage Sales Volume & Operations across OPD eclinics within the assigned Cluster.

* Drive business growth and operational excellence.

* Coordinate with clinic teams to ensure smooth day-to-day functioning as per SOPs / norms.

Salary & Compensation:

* Best in the Industry (Salary is no bar, suitable hike in Salary commensurate with Last drawn salary & experince will be offered to the suitable candidate).

Preference:

* Local candidates from the respective base locations ( Jamshedpur ) will be preferred.
