Clinic Manager

We are a growing wellness and yoga clinic looking for an organized, proactive, and customer-friendly Clinic Manager (Female) to oversee day-to-year front desk operations, patient registrations, and administrative tasks.

Role & responsibilities

• Patient Management: Greet inward patients, manage walk-ins, and handle inquiries regarding our wellness and yoga programs.
• Registration & Records: Maintain accurate digital and physical registers for patient details, session bookings, and attendance tracking.
• Scheduling: Coordinate appointment schedules for wellness programs and yoga sessions with practitioners and clients.
• Customer Service: Provide a warm, welcoming, and professional environment for all visitors, addressing their basic queries effectively.
• Billing & Administration: Handle basic billing, collection records, and manage daily clinic inventory/supplies.

Preferred candidate profile

• Gender: Female (Mandatory)
• Education: Graduate in any discipline (Hospital Administration or Healthcare Management is a plus).
• Prior experience in a clinic, healthcare, spa, or fitness center front-desk role is preferred.
