Job Description

We are looking for an experienced and responsible Clinic Incharge to manage the day-to-day operations of our healthcare facility in Whitefield, Bangalore.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage daily clinic operations and ensure smooth functioning.
• Coordinate with doctors, nurses, and other clinic staff.
• Ensure proper patient coordination and provide a good patient experience.
• Manage staff attendance, schedules, and day-to-day activities.
• Maintain clinic records, reports, and documentation.
• Ensure compliance with healthcare and clinic procedures.
• Handle patient queries and resolve operational issues.
• Monitor inventory, supplies, and other clinic requirements.
• Coordinate with the management team for operational updates and requirements.

Requirements

• 2–5 years of experience in healthcare/clinic/hospital operations.
• Marathi language proficiency is mandatory.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Good team-handling and coordination skills.
• Candidates with prior experience as a Clinic Incharge, Centre Manager, Hospital Coordinator, or Healthcare Operations Executive will be preferred.
• Immediate joiners are highly preferred.
• Candidates should be comfortable working from Whitefield, Bangalore.
