Role Overview
We are looking for a responsible and organized Clinic Incharge to oversee the daily operations of the clinic and ensure smooth functioning of administrative and patient-care processes. The ideal candidate should have strong leadership, coordination, and communication skills with experience in healthcare or clinic management.
Key Responsibilities
Manage day-to-day clinic operations and ensure smooth workflow.
Supervise front desk, nursing, and support staff.
Coordinate patient appointments, registrations, and follow-ups.
Ensure excellent patient experience and address patient concerns.
Monitor staff attendance, scheduling, and performance.
Maintain clinic records, reports, and documentation.
Ensure compliance with healthcare policies, protocols, and hygiene standards.
Coordinate with doctors, consultants, and other healthcare professionals.
Manage inventory of medicines, consumables, and clinic supplies.
Handle vendor coordination and facility maintenance.
Prepare operational reports and share updates with management.
Required Qualifications
Graduate/Postgraduate in Healthcare Administration, Hospital Management, Life Sciences, or related field.
2–5 years of experience in clinic, hospital, or healthcare operations.
Strong leadership and team management skills.
Good communication and interpersonal abilities.
Proficiency in MS Office and clinic/hospital management software.
Ability to handle patient queries and operational challenges effectively.
