Clinic Experience Internship

Role & responsibilities

This is an on-site internship role based at our Head Office in Andheri. The intern will act as a process owner, focusing on enhancing the in-clinic customer journey through standardization, process optimization, and data-driven improvements.

The role involves identifying gaps in the current customer experience, streamlining workflows, and implementing structured processes to ensure consistency and efficiency across touchpoints. You will work closely with clinic staff and doctors to drive execution, improve coordination, and elevate overall service quality.

Key responsibilities include customer journey mapping, process standardization, data analysis, cross-functional collaboration, and ensuring seamless client follow-ups.

This is a paid internship.

Duration- 3 months

Location: Mumbai- Kaya Limited, Andheri East - should be comfortable to travel to the Office.

Eligibility: Open to graduates/College Students

Joining: Immediately, 6 Days working
