Client Support Representative

• • Follow up with insurers to ensure smooth processing of requests and timely updates
• • Manage end-to-end closure of endorsements, including documentation, coordination, and confirmation
• • Connect with client HR teams for information, approvals, or clarifications when required
• • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery
• • Maintain and regularly update the client database and related records
