Client Success Manager

Role & responsibilities

1. Single point of contact for key client accounts
2. Bridging client goals with internal execution
3. Driving campaign performance through data-backed course corrections
4. Aligning marketing output with real sales outcomes
5. Occasional Travel to client locations on need-basis

Preferred candidate profile

1. Have 4+ years in sales/marketing/client servicing Real Estate/Digital Marketing experience is an added advantage.

2. Track record of owning client relationships end-to-end onboarding through renewal not just support/escalation handling

3. Steadiness and level-headedness in handling client queries and internal department coordination.
