The Role 

As a Client Servicing / Social Media Executive, you'll be the bridge between our clients and creative teams—handling day-to-day communication, shaping social media strategies, and ensuring campaigns run smoothly across platforms. 

You'll work on high-impact digital campaigns and well-known brands, while learning, experimenting, and growing every single day.

What You'll Be Doing

• Act as the primary day-to-day point of contact for clients
• Research, prepare, and present client decks and reports; participate in in-person client meetings
• Analyze industry and competitor trends to apply best practices across client portfolios
• Understand client goals and end-to-end digital marketing needs
• Collaborate closely with internal teams to drive campaign strategy and creative development
• Identify growth opportunities within client portfolios and contribute to revenue expansion
• Stay up to date with emerging digital marketing trends, tools, and best practices

What We're Looking For

• Excellent written and spoken English skills
• Strong understanding of Social Media Marketing, SEM, SEO, and Affiliate Marketing
• Ability to manage multiple accounts with strong time management, prioritization, and organizational skills
• Client-facing confidence with a solutions-oriented mindset

Technical Skills

In-depth knowledge or working experience with:

• Hootsuite / Buffer
• SEMrush
• Meta Business Suite
• Canva

Plus points:

• Exposure to AI tools such as Gamma, Napkin (or similar platforms)
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mass Media or a related field
• 2–4 years of experience in a client servicing role within a social media/digital marketing agency
• Experience working with large brands is essential
• BFSI sector experience will be an added advantage
