Job Descriptions
- Act as the SPOC (Single Point of Contact) for assigned clients
- Coordinate internal teams (graphic design, video, etc.) for optimal resource utilization
- Manage clients digital presence and campaign execution
- Track daily campaign progress and ensure targets are met
- Suggest creative strategies based on current trends and competitive analysis
- Attend client meetings and understand requirements
- Prepare campaign reports, daily work reports, and briefs
- Share regular client feedback with the Team Leader
- Ensure timely billing and follow-ups for payments
What Were Looking For
- 1-8 years of experience in Client Servicing
- Hands-on experience in Digital Marketing / Advertising
- Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
- A mindset to learn, unlearn, experiment, and share knowledge.
