Client Servicing Manager

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with key clients.
• Be able to manage communications and expectations of the relevant participants such as Clients, Creative Solutions Team and the other internal and external stakeholders.
• Work with the team to strategize and execute quality plans in a timely manner, upholding delivery timelines, with an active involvement in campaign planning, operations, and optimization of resources within and outside the company.
• Key involvement in annual strategy planning for the creative team along and sales performance, and competitive analysis.

Skills & Qualifications

• MBA / PGDM with 3-6 years of experience in Sales & Marketing from Media/Events Industry

• Understanding of local market & language is mandatory
• Must be willing to travel locally for client meetings
