Job Summary

We are looking for a proactive and client-focused Account Manager to build and maintain strong client relationships, ensure seamless project execution, and drive customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate will act as the primary point of contact for clients, coordinate with internal teams, and ensure timely delivery of services while identifying opportunities for business growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned client accounts.
• Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients by understanding their business objectives and requirements.
• Manage end-to-end project execution, ensuring timelines, quality, and client expectations are met.
• Coordinate with internal teams such as creative, operations, marketing, and finance to deliver projects successfully.
• Prepare project briefs, proposals, presentations, and status reports.
• Conduct regular client meetings to review project progress and gather feedback.
• Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling services to existing clients.
• Resolve client concerns promptly and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
• Monitor account performance, project budgets, and profitability.
• Maintain accurate records of client communications, contracts, and project documentation.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
• 4–5 years of experience in client servicing, account management, or customer success.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong interpersonal and relationship management abilities.
• Proven project management and coordination skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM/project management tools.
• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
