Client Servicing Executive

Job Summary

Bang On Content is looking for a proactive and organised Client Servicing Executive with 2–3 years of experience in an advertising, creative or integrated marketing agency. The ideal candidate should have strong client management skills, a good understanding of brands, communication, design and content, and the ability to manage projects from briefing to execution.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day client servicing, client communication and account coordination.
• Understand client requirements, marketing objectives and campaign briefs, and translate them into clear creative briefs for internal teams.
• Coordinate with creative, design, content, digital and production teams to ensure smooth project execution.
• Manage multiple projects, campaign timelines, deliverables and deadlines.
• Follow up on feedback, revisions, approvals and final delivery of creative assets.
• Assist in developing advertising campaigns, brand communication, digital marketing content and creative presentations.
• Coordinate client meetings, internal discussions, presentations and campaign reviews.
• Ensure quality, accuracy and timely delivery of all client deliverables.
• Build strong client relationships through effective communication, problem-solving and proactive coordination.
• Take ownership of assigned accounts and projects while ensuring alignment between client expectations and creative output.

Desired Candidate Profile

• 2–3 years of relevant experience in an advertising agency, creative agency, digital marketing agency or integrated marketing communications agency.
• Strong understanding of advertising, branding, brand communication, design, content and digital campaigns.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to understand client briefs and communicate requirements effectively to creative teams.
• Strong project management, coordination, follow-up and time management skills.
• Ability to manage multiple accounts, projects and deadlines simultaneously.
• A proactive, detail-oriented and solution-focused approach.
• Ability to handle clients confidently, take ownership and work collaboratively in a fast-paced agency environment.
