About the Role
We are looking for a proactive and organised Client Servicing Executive who can manage client relationships, coordinate with internal teams, and ensure smooth execution of campaigns from brief to delivery.
Key Responsibilities- Manage day-to-day communication and relationships with clients.
- Understand client briefs and coordinate with creative, strategy, influencer and execution teams.
- Prepare briefs, timelines, presentations and campaign updates.
- Ensure projects are delivered on time and as per client expectations.
- Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors/partners wherever required.
- Track campaign progress, deliverables and client feedback.
- Identify opportunities to improve client relationships and grow accounts.
- Handle multiple projects while maintaining attention to detail.
- 2–4 years of experience in client servicing, account management or a similar role.
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
- Good understanding of advertising, digital and social media.
- Excellent coordination, follow-up and time-management skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced agency environment.
- Someone who is proactive, organised and comfortable handling clients independently.
- A collaborative and fast-paced environment where you get to work on exciting brands, learn across functions and take ownership of your work.
